Welcome to SG Sourcing LLC. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
SG Sourcing LLC provides access to streaming service access on a prepaid basis. Service features, content libraries, channels, movies, series, and functionality may be modified, added, removed, or replaced at any time without notice.
Customers are purchasing access to the service itself and not any specific channel, movie, television series, program, feature, or piece of content.
2. Prepaid Service
All subscriptions are prepaid for the selected service term.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Access to the service will continue for the purchased subscription period unless suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
3. Content Availability
Content availability is subject to change at any time.
Channels, movies, television series, live programming, on-demand content, and other features may be added, removed, modified, interrupted, or discontinued without notice.
SG Sourcing LLC does not guarantee the availability of any specific content, channel, movie, series, sporting event, program, feature, or category of content.
Changes in content availability shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and shall not automatically entitle customers to refunds or credits.
4. Service Provided “As Is”
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SG Sourcing LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Continuous service availability
- Uninterrupted operation
- Streaming quality
- Device compatibility
- Specific content availability
- Error-free performance
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Service interruptions, outages, buffering, quality variations, maintenance periods, and technical issues may occur.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Because access is provided immediately upon activation, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, credits, or account adjustments may be granted solely at the discretion of SG Sourcing LLC.
6. Service Modifications
SG Sourcing LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
Such modifications may include changes to:
- Available content
- Features
- User interfaces
- Device compatibility
- Service functionality
- Pricing for future purchases
7. Service Discontinuation
If the service is permanently discontinued before the expiration of a customer’s prepaid subscription period, SG Sourcing LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide access to a substantially similar replacement service for the remaining unused portion of the prepaid term.
Customers acknowledge and agree that any replacement service may differ in content, features, functionality, channel lineup, user experience, device compatibility, or available programming.
SG Sourcing LLC does not guarantee that any replacement service will contain identical content or functionality.
If a substantially similar replacement service is not reasonably available, SG Sourcing LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative remedy.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the service
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users’ access
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
9. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
SG Sourcing LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the customer’s failure to secure their credentials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG Sourcing LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use of the service.
This limitation applies regardless of whether damages result from:
- Service interruptions
- Content changes
- Technical failures
- Loss of data
- Device incompatibility
- Loss of business or profits
The maximum liability of SG Sourcing LLC for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the subscription term directly giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SG Sourcing LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the service
- Violation of applicable laws
- Unauthorized use of an account
12. Termination
SG Sourcing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that may harm the service, its users, or business operations.
Termination for violations may occur without notice and without refund.
13. Changes to Terms
SG Sourcing LLC may revise these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Illinois.

- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact SG Sourcing LLC regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, SG Sourcing LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the service pending resolution of the dispute.
Customers found to have submitted fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from future purchases.
- Eligibility
By purchasing or using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Force Majeure
SG Sourcing LLC shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to provide service resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, equipment failures, third-party provider interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
